Te Rau Pou Manawa o Kawakawa

This weekend our kapa haka group, Te Rau Pou Manawa o Kawakawa, competed in the Te Tai Tokerau kapa haka regional competition. They performed exceptionally well and came 3rd in the competition, securing them a place at nationals next year.

      Hi Jonathan, thank you so much for your comment. We are certainly pretty excited about going to nationals, and this year we have begun training hard for it.

    Hi, Ella F here from St Patrick's school. It must of been really exciting to compete! I have watched a bit of the video and it looks really cool. The photos also look really cool too.
