Room 5 and 6 Carpool Karaoke

We were on assembly last week. We thought it would be fun to do edition 2 of Carpool Karaoke. We had 15 minutes in Mrs Henare's car to come up with our little snippet for the video. It was lots of fun, some of us had to do a few takes as we kept making mistakes. We didn't see it until assembly with the rest of the school and our sneaky teachers and the other teachers at our school had done their own and added them in. It was lots of fun.

  1. Hi Room 5 and 6, it's Pyper here from St Patrick's School in Greymouth. I really like how you did something fun and different. I hope one day my class does this. It's cool how you dressed up, all chose different songs and didn't repeat the same one. I recon it's a great way to have fun and do something with the class.

  2. Hi Kawakawa primary,
My name is Kayla I am a new year 7 girl at St Patrick's school in Greymouth. I think this idea was very clever, and I hope my class can do this one day. did you guys do this as a project or just for fun?
I also really liked how the teachers joined in! it made it look even more fun seeing teaching joining in with what learning you were doing, just like our teacher. what inspired you to do something as fun as this.
    Blog you later -Kayla

    1. Hi Kayla, thank you for your thoughtful comment. We got this idea from James Corden who does it with famous people as part of his TV Show. It is a lot of fun to do and I am glad I did this with my class, although next time I think I would dress up too :)
I hope you class does this one day too, we would love to see it!
