  1. Hi Room 6, My name is Mrs Campbell I am the Deputy Principal of OLA school in Christchurch. Your teacher has signed you up to do Quadblogging - I'm sure you already know that. Anyway, I teach a lovely group of Year 7&8 students, and we too have blogs. This week I have assigned my students the task of looking at your blogs and hopefully leaving you some comments. We would love you to do the same on our blogs once I share the link with your teacher. Cool photo by the way. Do you have set responsibilities that you have to do as senior leaders of your school? Happy blogging :)

  2. Hi. Yep we are excited about Quadblogging. We have just got our blogs this year so we are keen to see what other schools are up to and to be able to share our learning with others.
For our prefects we have responsibilities around the school, we organise lunch time activities and games for junior students, we help with wet time duty and are always being leaders around the school. We look forward to reading your comments and seeing your blogs later on.

    2. Kia ora. My name is Alex, I am a student in Room 6 and I was actually given the privilege to be a prefect. Our deputy principle and principle took us out of class and interviewed us. Our deputy principle (Mrs Henare) looks for people who show leadership and role modelling in every activity, event or responsibility they have been selected to take part of or run. In our school we have values and everyone is expected to show them. Our values are Responsibility, Respect and resilience. To be given the oppportunity you must show what our values mean to everyone around the school.
      Thank you for commenting.
